Before registering a Sdn. Bhd, ensure you meet the following requirements
Minimum 1 Director
At least one director must be ordinarily resident in Malaysia (Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of valid Malaysian visa).
Registered Business Address
A local registered office address in Malaysia is required.
Minimum 1 Shareholder
A company may have 1–50 shareholders. Shareholders can be individuals or corporate entities, local or foreign.
Company Secretary
A licensed Company Secretary must be appointed within
30 days of incorporation.
Paid-Up Capital
Minimum paid-up capital typically starts from RM1 (subject to business activity requirements).
Business Activity Compliance
