Firstly, check if you are eligible to set up a company in Malaysia
Anyone can set up a Sdn Bhd in Malaysia provided they and the company, fulfill the following requirements:

Minimum paid-up capital of RM1

Minimum of one shareholder of the company

Minimum of one Director who are at least 18 years of age and are resident in Malaysia. He/she is not a bankrupt and has not been convicted and imprisoned for a period of past 5 years

Minimum of one Company Secretary (who is a member of any one of the prescribed professional bodies or licensed by the SSM)

Must have a registered office in Malaysia to which all communications and notices may be addressed, this is usually the Company Secretary's office
Secondly, understand the process and how long it will take
Based on our experience, the process of incorporation of a Sdn Bhd takes approximately 1 to 3 working days. The speed at which a company can be incorporated is subjected to SSM's decision to approve the application, although we have numerous applications which were even approved in just 1 day!
